About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mexican Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic Mexican cuisine while also being versatile in preparing a variety of popular international dishes. You will be responsible for creating flavourful, high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, and rice bowls.

· Develop and execute menus that also include wings, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, and wraps.

· Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all food items.

· Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.

· Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food wastage.

· Collaborate with management to create new menu items and seasonal specials.

· Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Mexican Chef / Cook in a restaurant or hospitality environment.

· Strong knowledge of Mexican spices, marinades, and cooking techniques.

· Ability to prepare both Mexican and fusion-style international dishes.

· Creativity in food presentation and menu planning.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
