* *Job Title:** Lawyer - Drafting & Court Representation
* *Summary:**
Seeking lawyer experienced in drafting legal documents & representing clients in courts (HC, SC, DRT, NCLT).
**Responsibilities:**
- Drafting petitions, complaints, affidavits, etc.
- Representing clients in hearings & trials.
- Legal research & case strategy development.
- Client communication & relationship management.
**Qualifications:**
- LL.B. degree & active bar license.
- 2-3years of litigation experience.
- Strong communication & analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools.
