Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Experienced ITI candidates, located in Kolkata. The role involves conducting regular maintenance and inspections of baking equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, repairing mechanical malfunctions, and collaborating with the production team to maintain optimal operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• ITI certification in relevant fields such as Fitter, Electrician, or Mechanic
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in industrial equipment
• Proficiency in maintenance and preventive tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with production teams to ensure smooth operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
• Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
