Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive - Production based in Kochi. The Executive - Production will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. Additional tasks include coordinating with various departments, optimizing production processes, and troubleshooting production issues to ensure efficient operation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Experienced ITI candidates, located in Kolkata. The role involves conducting regular maintenance and inspections of baking equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Daily tasks include preventive maintenance, diagnosing faults, repairing mechanical malfunctions, and collaborating with the production team to maintain optimal operational efficiency. Qualifications ITI certification in relevant fields such as Fitter, Electrician, or Mechanic Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in industrial equipment Proficiency in maintenance and preventive tasks Ability to work collaboratively with production teams to ensure smooth operations Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work on-site in Kolkata Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
