Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, reels, banners, ads, flyers, and brochures aligned with brand identity.
  • Create and edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop templates for consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to convert ideas into appealing visuals.
  • Manage monthly content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creatives.
  • Optimize content based on current trends, audience behavior, and engagement analytics.
  • Maintain organized project files and follow brand guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects (or Canva & CapCut for quick edits).
  • Ability to create eye-catching thumbnails, motion graphics, and typography-based designs.
  • Understanding of social media trends, color psychology, layout composition, and storytelling.
  • Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in education, coaching, or immigration industry is a plus (not mandatory).

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Visual Communication (Preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
