As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Strawberry Stripes, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete digital marketing ecosystem and customer engagement across various platforms. Your creative marketing skills, technical e-commerce knowledge, and strong customer service abilities will be key to drive growth for our Chennai-based children's clothing business with over 25 years of heritage. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the social media calendar and create engaging posts for sub-brands - Write monthly SEO-optimized blogs for Strawberry Stripes - Coordinate with the digital marketing agency on paid advertising campaigns - Implement SEO optimization strategies for improved organic reach - Execute email marketing campaigns to boost sales and engagement - Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends - Create compelling content for social media through photos, reels, and copywriting **E-commerce Website Management:** - Handle pricing updates and discount promotions - Monitor website analytics and generate sales reports - Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate with developers for maintenance - Liaise with marketplace partners like FirstCry, Myntra, etc. **Customer Engagement & Retention:** - Follow up on abandoned carts to recover lost sales - Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce - Proven track record of managing social media platforms for business - Strong copywriting and content creation skills - Experience with SEO and SEM strategies - Familiarity with marketplace platforms like FirstCry, Myntra, etc. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret website analytics - Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and manage multiple websites simultaneously - Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.) - Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus At Strawberry Stripes, you will have the opportunity to manage complete digital marketing operations for a growing children's clothing brand, gain hands-on experience across wholesale and retail e-commerce, work in a collaborative environment, have creative freedom to experiment with campaigns and content, receive a competitive salary, and enjoy paid time off (2 weeks/year).
