Job Title: Experienced Bookkeeper – Full Time (Vellore)

Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 0.6 years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Record daily transactions including purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and handle accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 0.67 years of bookkeeping experience (preferably in a corporate or accounting firm).
• Proficiency in SHOPIFY/ Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
