Role Overview: You will work with diverse sets of clients across domains and industries. You will lead the design and prototyping of digital products including websites, apps, and beyond at all levels of fidelity. Collaborating with researchers, engineers, business consultants, and other designers to create world-class work will be a part of your responsibilities. You will conduct user research, communicate findings, and translate insights into great new experiences. Envisioning new, novel experiences beyond what is expected and pushing the envelope beyond screens towards the edge of interaction and technology will be expected from you. Broadening your skill set beyond your core abilities, which might include project management, client relationship management, and/or technological skill development, will also be a part of your role. Additionally, you will mentor and lead members of the team in human-centered design and the field of UI design to develop talent, provide direction, and oversee output and projects. Furthermore, you will lead large complex projects as a project manager. Key Responsibilities: - Work with diverse sets of clients across domains and industries. - Lead the design and prototyping of digital products at all levels of fidelity. - Collaborate with researchers, engineers, business consultants, and other designers. - Conduct user research, communicate findings, and translate insights into great new experiences. - Envision new, novel experiences beyond what is expected. - Broaden your skill set beyond your core abilities. - Mentor and lead team members in human-centered design and UI design. - Lead large complex projects as a project manager. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in an Experience design role or relevant professional experience. - 4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting and leadership role. - A degree in graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred. - An outstanding portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects. - Expert knowledge with at least 5 of the following tools or technologies: - Sketch - InVision - Figma - Principle, Framer, or other similar prototyping tools - HTML & CSS - JavaScript - InDesign - AfterEffects Role Overview: You will work with diverse sets of clients across domains and industries.
