As an Experience Cloud+OCR at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team focused on delivering world-class digital and cloud solutions to drive client success. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to design and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. - Managing Experience Cloud Partner Portals, including role-based access, sharing models, and external user setup. - Developing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to enhance platform functionality. - Supporting SIT/UAT activities, debugging issues, and optimizing performance. - Following DevOps and CI/CD best practices for code versioning, review, and deployment. Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. - Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, troubleshooting, and quote management. - Proficiency in Experience Cloud and Partner Portals, including permissions, OWD, sharing configurations, and external user security. - Experience with implementing Einstein Bots for conversational automation and guided user workflows.
