**Job Description:** The Global Business Expense Transparency (BET) team at Citigroup is seeking a candidate to join their team responsible for managing Citi Investment Bank's trading costs and Market Data Expenses. The role involves providing transparency on costs incurred, analyzing cost drivers, and supporting initiatives to reduce expenses. The candidate will be involved in tasks such as invoice receipt, validation, expense allocations, reporting, and supporting cost savings projects. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to develop processes for measuring productivity, manage external client relationships, and implement controls and risk management techniques for invoice operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and resolve problems using specialty knowledge to make evaluative judgments - Implement workflow or process changes and redesign based on specific function knowledge - Claim accountability for regular reporting or process administration - Assist in the management of processes, reports, procedures, and products - Analyze data, synthesize findings, and generate reports as per schedule or need - Implement process improvements - Assess risk in business decisions, considering firm reputation and compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 2-5 years of relevant experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to work independently and adjust priorities quickly - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience The ideal candidate should have a background in Finance, experience in Risk Management of Operations teams, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, good leadership skills, enthusiasm, and be a team player. Knowledge of RTR process management, systems like P2P, Flexcube, and Recon applications would be beneficial. Experience in migration of processes/change management is preferred.
