Expediting of Project Materials i.e. Mechanical Electrical / electronic parts with vendors for receipt as per delivery date mentioned in the orders. Monitoring status of ordered material Daily / Weekly as per project priority. Regular Vendor visits for expediting Inspection. Issue of FIM to Supplier for Assembly. Stage Wise Final Inspection of Components/Parts. QA documents verification as per QAP. Support to vendor Technical Issues. Aligned with Supplier for clearance of hold GRN. Key Results Areas (KRA s) Timely Delivery of the Material/Items. Give visibility of material inflow status to all stake holders. Improvement initiatives in product development. Excellent attendance record required. Commitment to your team members, self-motivation, and accountability to safety quality. Detail Spotting analyzing. Prioritizing skills required. Flexibility and Adaptability
