Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  Google Search, Display, Retargeting & Performance Max

• Build & A/B test landing pages (Zoho, Unbounce, Webflow, WP)
• Track performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar
• Reduce CPL and improve conversion rates
• Integrate leads into CRM workflows & automate nurturing sequences
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards with insights

Ideal Candidate

• Strong analytical mindset
• Hands-on with LinkedIn + Google Ads
• Able to scale budgets responsibly
• Experience in B2B or SaaS preferred

2. SEO Growth Specialist (Organic Ranking + Authority Building + Keyword Strategy)

Drive organic traffic and inbound leads by ranking strategically chosen SaaS keywords. Build domain authority through on-page, off-page, and SEO growth experiments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword clustering, topic mapping & search intent analysis
• Optimize website architecture, meta tags, schema & content
• Build quality backlinks, manage outreach & guest posting
• Rank local keywords (ERP Nashik, HRMS Maharashtra etc.)
• Track daily rankings & monthly organic MQL trends
