Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Outreach Visit schools, colleges, universities, and corporate offices to promote the company's products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional authorities and corporate decision-makers. Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities. Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, standees, samples, etc.) during visits and events. Deliver product/service presentations to individuals and groups. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for timely follow-up on leads. Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status regularly. Achieve monthly outreach, lead generation, and conversion targets. Marketing & Brand Promotion Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Manage promotional activities including print ads, brochures, and local events. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful marketing collateral. Support digital marketing initiatives with offline campaigns for brand consistency. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma holders with relevant experience can apply). 1–5 years of proven experience in sales and offline marketing. Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing software. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
