Executive/Senior Executive- Typist

Solitaire is one of the leading companies in the real estate sector with its residential & premium projects across Pune & Mumbai.

We are hiring for the role of Typist for our Shivaji Nagar,Pune location.

Job Description:-

The Typist will be responsible for preparing sanction-related reports, drafting official communication, and maintaining well-organized documentation for all submissions. The role requires speed, accuracy, and proficiency in both Marathi and English typing, along with an understanding of developer/real-estate documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Typing Sanction Reports:
- Prepare and type reports required for project sanctions, approvals, and compliance submissions. - Ensure accuracy and alignment with authority-prescribed formats.

2. Typing in Marathi and English:
- Type documents, letters, and reports fluently in both Marathi and English. - Maintain correct grammar, formatting, and official language tone.

3. Drafting Letters and Reports:
- Draft official letters, memos, and reports required for approvals. - Assist the team with structured and error-free written communication.

4. Maintain Documentation and Records:
- Maintain digital and physical records of all submitted reports. - Ensure proper filing, scanning, and organized storage of documents.

5. Prepare Commencement Certificates:
- Prepare commencement certificates (CC) for all sanctions received. - Coordinate with the approvals team to ensure accuracy and timely submission.

Skills & Competencies:

• Fast and accurate typing skills in Marathi and English
• Strong drafting skills for official communication
• Understanding of documentation in developer/real-estate workflows
• Proficiency in MS Word, PDF tools, and document scanning
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive documents responsibly.
