Experience : Fresher/1 year in any kind of voice process or Telemarketing or sales experience.- Working time and day's.- 6 day's (Monday to Sunday)- Rotational Week off between (Tuesday to Friday)9 hrs Shift. (10 AM to 7 PM)- Work Role.- A digital lead response based handling experience is preferable.- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team.- Make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone- Call potential customers to convince them to purchase the company's products and services.- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team- Ability to follow the telecalling script- Accurately record details of interaction with the- Prospective customers in the format specified.- Excellent communication skills.
