Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Knowledge of Paint shop Process & troubleshooting - Pretreatment & CED, Sanding,
Sealer & UB, Topcoat, Inspection & Repair, Baking Repair
Expert in Production planning & WIP maintenance.
Production stoppages and losses monitoring.
New models trials and PB code setting (VTS & all equipment & Robot).
Knowledge & experience of progress control systems like CCR & VTS operation.
Knowledge & experience of Time study, Tat time and cycle time.
Knowledge & understanding and search for the equivalent product,
Expert in budget planning and control.
Expertise in material classification ex. R&M, consumables and services.
BOM parts ordering & handling.
Support in problem-solving, kaizen & continuous improvements.
Knowledge of QMS, EMS, ISO 9001 etc.
Knowledge & Experience of paint quality, paint shop defects & countermeasures to
improve quality

Preferred candidate profile

Good analytics skills
well structured and organized working style
In-depth knowledge & understanding of paint shop processes & systems
Teamwork & collaboration
Excellent Communication
