Executive/Senior Executive – Administration & Facility

Job Description:

• Facility management.
• Coordination with central purchase team for purchase requirements.
• Vendor negotiations and on-boarding.
• Ensure verification of goods received with the help of technical team and preparing GRN.
• Handling vendor bills (including verification of bills, booking bills on time, payment follow up etc.)
• Facilitation of various requirements of operation, such as arranging cabs, foods, meeting, hotel booking etc.
• Ensure health & safety at workplaces.
• Managing inventory of consumables, pantries etc.
• Managing logistics, couriers.
• Duties are not limited to the above-mentioned.

Requirements and skills:

• Have bachelor’s degree in commerce or any similar fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
• Ability to handle with less supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
