Executive/Manager - Sales

As an experienced Sales professional with a proven track record in IT software sales, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team at RazorSign. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching the market to identify and mine data of potential clients and proactively reaching out to them. - Initiating conversations with high-profile personas in prospective companies to build strong relationships. - Mapping the market and innovating in outbound approach strategies. - Delivering excellent presentations and demonstrating a sound understanding of IT software sales. - Establishing and managing the Sales Pipeline and Sales funnel effectively. - Qualifying the needs and interests of prospects before sales meetings to tailor your approach accordingly. - Maintaining detailed minutes of meetings and updating systems as necessary to ensure accurate records. To excel in this role, you should meet the following job requirements: - Possess 4-6 years of experience in IT services, specifically in B2B SAAS product sales. - Previous experience in selling Legal Automation tools will be advantageous. - Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across different functions within the organization. - Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Be open to working from the office location in Baner, Pune.
