Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure shipments are checked and verified wrt box, quantity, material code etc and errors are prevented
• Liaise with Production Planners and Production Team and ensure to follow 4-days (D-4) planning for timely availability of Raw Material
• Ensure all the import and local materials are inwarded as per defined process & timeline • Responsible for smooth flow of all import container and local shipments and ensure all the shipments are unloaded
• Ensure timely counting of all the materials received with SAP, SO, PO, Packing List, Delivery Challan etc and accordingly action to be taken for any discrepancies
• Ensure proper entry of all the materials received in system • Monitoring and ensure all GRN are prepared ontime and accordingly maintain the data
• Responsible to maintain bin card of all the materials in Warehouse
• Ensure proper stacking, storage and rotation of stock of all the materials, using the FIFO principle
• Liaise with QA Team on a daily basis to ensure samples are taken for testing and verification
• Ensure picking & kitting activities are timely completed as per production schedule by the team
• Ensure ontime posting of outward materials in system
• Ensure all the materials are timely delivered to production team as per requirement
• Maintain records and timely closure of balanced KIT and end of life material
• Ensure timely closure of all vendor rejection material in Warehouse
• Responsible for optimum utilization of available manpower
• Responsible for timely replacement, maintained record, update system and communicate to concern head for all rejection material received from Import and production floor
• Responsible for short, excess, and damaged products while handing over to the production team
• Ensuring that the fresh raw material is handed over and the Queries are closed on the same day
• Monitoring and responsible for maintaining assets like all the equipments and tools of Warehouse • Responsible and ensure safety of all the materials in Warehouse
• Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to perform warehousing operations
• J intain and implementation of 6S in RM[1]Warehouse by ensuring inspection and compliance to 6S requirements and accordingly to maintain applicable documentation of the sameJ
