As a Finance and Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for preparing entries, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations. Your role will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures is essential. Additionally, you will assist in month-end and year-end close processes and support audits and financial reviews as required. Flexibility to undertake any other tasks assigned by Senior Executives is a key aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial management is required. Proficiency in MS Excel and keyboard shortcuts is crucial for this role. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Oracle will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines are also essential skills for this role.
