As an Executive - Travel and Events at The British School, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of all travel and event-related activities across the school. Key Responsibilities: - Organize a wide range of school events including ceremonies, performances, conferences, and educational excursions. - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and guests, including booking transport and accommodation. - Manage visa documentation and ensure compliance with institutional policies. - Maintain comprehensive records and checklists to track all travel and event-related activities effectively.
