Executive - Transport

As an Executive in the Transport department, you will be responsible for overseeing the Employee Transportation services in the organization. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of employees to and from various locations. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong educational background in a related field along with significant knowledge of transport operations. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Employee Transportation is required, preferably with a background that includes ground-level experience. You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of responsibility and organizational accountability. Familiarity with the OH&S Act, the Ministry of Labor, and the Ministry of the Environment is essential for ensuring legislative compliance and implementation within the transportation function. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will also be responsible for delivering training to Drivers, escorts, and coordinators. Your experience in developing employees and driving process improvement initiatives will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the transport services. Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and databases is necessary for analyzing data to drive performance improvements.
