Job Description

Job TitleExecutive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieve targets across various assigned parameters. Oversee Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during repossession of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and implementation.

Ensure target achievement.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of portfolio and collections.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in collection management, preferably in Tractor Finance or related domains.

Strong understanding of compliance and legal guidelines for repossession.

Excellent record keeping and reporting skills.

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Proven ability to develop and implement debt collection strategies.

Experience in portfolio and risk management.

Strong leadership and vendor management skills.

Effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
