Executive - Tractor Finance
Job Purpose
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee Tractor Finance business while maintaining compliance. Responsible for handling partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during repossession of products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Daily management of DRR (Daily Risk Report).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually and ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management and debt collection strategy execution.

Achieve targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of performance metrics.

Risk management and mitigation.

Team leadership and vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in collections, preferably in Tractor Finance or related sectors.

Knowledge of legal guidelines and compliance requirements.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in maintaining and analyzing records and reports.

Ability to manage escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Experience in risk management, team leadership, and vendor management.

Capability to develop and implement strategies for collection improvement.

Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
