Job Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring every month payroll process for AE's.
• Ensuring every month Headcount MIS and Productivity headcount and sending to Operations team.
• Addressing Queries related to Attendance, Payroll, Repay and Pay Short if any.
• Ensuring Queries has been addressed at the earliest and maintaining Queries Register book in time office during Shift.
• Addressing the issues related to Canteen, Medical emergency, Security, Transport facility in respective shift.
• Monitoring the Discipline issues in shift.
• Ensuring CL manpower in shift and maintaining all the Contract Labour's are working in respective line throughout the shift
• Maintaining Employee Relation in all the Shop Floor during the shift and Ensuring zero % Production loss in Shift.
• Maintaining Discipline in the Shop Floor and align the AE's to the Organization Goals and deliverables

Work Experience

Education : (MBS / MSW / MSW)

Experience : 5+ years

Preferred : Experience in Automobile Manufacturing, other manufacturing, consumer durables, E com or industries having direct exposure to customers.
