Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.- Introduce products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.- Present product demonstrations or sales pitches to prospects, addressing any questions or objections they may have.- Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager or team lead.- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement.- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport with prospects and existing customers.
