Job Description

Job Summary:

Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Supply Chain will be responsible for ensuring seamless supply chain operations through effective supplier follow-ups, inventory management, and timely reporting. The role requires proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel skills, and strong coordination abilities to optimize supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Track and expedite purchase orders to avoid supply delays.
  • Resolve any supply discrepancies in coordination with procurement and suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
  • Analyse demand forecasts and consumption patterns to plan stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reports related to supply chain performance, inventory, and procurement.
  • Generate dashboards and analytical reports for senior management.
  • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Knowledge of SAP B1/ECC (MM Module) for purchase order management, inventory tracking, and reporting.
  • Leverage advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for procurement and inventory processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or related functions.
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM module preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the LED/FAN or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and KPIs.
  • Exposure to process improvement techniques.
