CJPL is expanding! We are looking for a Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales / BD ) to support our
Sales & Business Development team as we move towards our next curve of growth. Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives who wish to build a long- term career in the IT hardware and equipment rental industry. This role involves meeting clients, promoting IT hardware products and rental solutions, generating qualified business leads, and achieving defined sales targets. We welcome candidates from any sales background — including FMCG, telecom, real estate, banking, insurance, consumer durables, or services — who are enthusiastic about field sales and looking to transition into the fast-growing IT domain. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop client-handling skills, gain product knowledge, and grow into senior sales roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective clients across assigned regions to promote IT products and rental services.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking activities.

• Understand client requirements and offer suitable IT hardware and service solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up for order closures.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

Location: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune.
Education: Graduate (Business/Commerce/Management)
