Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Quality documentations preparation for forging, machining and heat treatment processes.
Preparation of documents such as production control plans, test cards, inspection plans in SAP system, visual inspection planning, work instruction, Standard operating procedures, limiting sample catalogue
Responsible for PPAP of initial sample/change management inspection and customer approvals.
Responsible for APQP activity related to QM topics. i.e. PFD, FMEA, Measurement feasibility, control plan and inspection equipment planning.
Preparation of Internal/external quality audits and IATF 16949 audit, customer audit, SPC, MSA & layout inspection.
Customer compliant management and effective use of problem-solving techniques to define efficient measures.

Preferred candidate profile

5-10 yrs. of experience in forging and machining
DME / BE.
Should have customer handling experience
