1- Sound knowledge of Mitsubishi Fx and Q Serise PLC Programming on Robotic Welding field.
2- Robot Interface with PLC.
3- Device-net and CC-link communication.
4-Fault troublshooting in Robotic Welding.
5- able to identify and provide reliable solutions for technical issues for Yaskawa ,Nachi ,KUKA, Fanuc Spot & Yaskawa and Panasonic Mig Welding Robotics.
6- Good knowledge of Gx Developer,Gx Works2, Gx Works3 ahd GT Designer.
7- Interfacing of Mitsubishi HMI with PLC.
8-Using Of Automation Eqipments Like VFD, Temperature controller,Perposanal Valve,Load cell.
9- 5W analysis and countermeasures.
1- Candidate should have exposure of sheet metal industry.
2- can handle shift independently.
