A dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end coordination for spares and service offers, follow-up on purchase/work orders, and ensure timely documentation. The role demands strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Spares Offers Management Prepare and submit regular offers for spares to customers. Ensure timely follow-up and revisions as per customer requirements. Work Order/ Purchase Order Follow-up Follow up for Work Orders/Purchase Orders within 23 days of offer submission. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order processing. Service Jobs & AMC Coordination Prepare and submit offers for Service Jobs, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Track the status of service proposals and respond to customer queries. Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper records of offers, orders, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
