Lead sales initiatives for Diesel and Gas High Horsepower (HHP) Gensets across industrial and infrastructure sectors. Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of large-value opportunities through direct engagement with customers. Prepare and deliver customized technical and commercial proposals. Negotiate high-value contracts ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Liaise closely with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) to deliver solutions from concept to commissioning. Conduct market intelligence and competitor benchmarking to optimize strategies. Regular client meetings, industrial visits, and active participation in industry events. Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets. For Diesel Rotary UPS- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in selling industrial-grade UPS solutions including Diesel Rotary UPS (DRUPS), Dynamic UPS, and Static UPS to large industries across diverse sectors. This is a high-impact role for a passionate sales professional ready to drive strategic business growth, manage key client relationships, and promote advanced power solutions that ensure critical system uptime. Strong understanding of genset applications (industrial, commercial, critical facilities). For Diesel Rotary UPS- Strong technical understanding of UPS systems (both static and dynamic). Expertise in high-value, consultative sales processes. Ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial and business acumen.

The role demands strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Spares Offers Management Prepare and submit regular offers for spares to customers. Ensure timely follow-up and revisions as per customer requirements. Work Order/ Purchase Order Follow-up Follow up for Work Orders/Purchase Orders within 23 days of offer submission. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order processing. Service Jobs & AMC Coordination Prepare and submit offers for Service Jobs, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). Track the status of service proposals and respond to customer queries. Documentation & Compliance Maintain proper records of offers, orders, and correspondence. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
