Job Description:

We are looking for skilled, passionate, and well-mannered Home Chefs to join our growing culinary team. You will be responsible for preparing daily meals at client residences, following hygiene standards, understanding customer preferences, and offering exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals at customer residences as per planned menus.

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness before, during, and after cooking.

• Follow customer preferences (e.g., dietary needs, spice levels, ingredient choices).

• Ensure punctuality and professionalism at all assigned duties.

• Maintain proper plating, portion control, and food presentation.

• Communicate effectively with customers and respond to feedback.

• Minimize food waste and manage ingredients efficiently.

• Adhere to Homy’s grooming, behavior, and safety standards.

• Record login/logout time and dishes cooked for each duty.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a home chef, cook, or in hospitality preferred.

• Good knowledge of Indian cuisine (regional styles preferred).

• Ability to adapt to various cooking preferences and dietary requirements.

• Strong personal and kitchen hygiene practices.

• Polite, respectful, and guest-friendly attitude.

• Should be available for morning or evening shifts.
