Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work alongside the creative and content team to create and execute social media strategies including creating calendars for the clients.
  • Set up and optimize pages of clients within each platform to increase the visibility of social content.
  • Research and create brand captions and copies for all social media postings.
  • Schedule and monitor postings to ensure consistent engagement on all brand handles.
  • Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the brand campaigns online.
  • Assist in implementing plans to increase followers organically on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  • Researches and analyzes social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Taking care of Online Reputation Management (ORM) for a brand.
  • To develop a comprehensive content strategy for Reels, including topics, themes & posting schedules.
  • Review the content to ensure that it complies with relevant regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
  • Assisting with pitches as required, providing insights and content ideas to support pitch strategies and objectives.
  • Work alongside the creative and content team to create and execute social media strategies including creating calendars for the clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passionate about new-age digital advertising.
  • Experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
  • Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and engaging writing style.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills.
