Job Summary:

Pre-Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain lead data and follow-up status in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates.
  • Provide timely responses to customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
  • Prepare and share daily and weekly follow-up reports.
  • Maintain professionalism and strong product knowledge in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 1- 3 years of experience

    in pre-sales, telesales, or customer support

    (real estate is a must)
