Key Deliverables: Manage complete documentation and vessel-specific joining formalities for returning candidates Coordinate with technical, visa, and branch teams for crew approvals and travel compliance Organize trainings, mentoring, and promotions for seafarers on leave Handle grievance redressal, feedback calls, and engagement initiatives for retention Role Responsibilities: Track and verify candidate documents; follow up on missing items and update systems Communicate vessel joining plans and ensure timely STCW, LSH, and DF course bookings Liaise with training institutes, fleet care, and accounts for operational coordination Conduct regular calls, surveys, and social engagement with seafarers to boost morale and retention
