Job Description

Position: Executive / Senior Executive Microbiology.

Looking for candidates who will pursue their career in Microbiology Department in a Pharma / Nutraceutical Industries.

Role & Responsibilities:

Microbial limit testing (MLT) of bulk drugs, raw materials and finished products etc.
Daily lab monitoring, Maintenance of Media preparation record, Media stock record, growth promotion test (GPT) record, Media Discard records etc.
Responsible for water sampling analysis and Validation.
Non- routine analysis like Disinfectant efficacy tests, MPN Test, Total viable spore count for biological indicators (Ampoule & strips) as well as analyzing the bio load of sampling accessories.
To implement calibration of Instruments as per the SOP, to ensure the disposal of media cultures as per SOPS
Ensure the entry of analyzed samples in respective registers.
Daily and monthly calibration related to group B Instruments.
Analysis of samples, reporting, checking the reports, records etc.
Providing support to Quality Manager in the implementation of quality system.
Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and upkeeping of related documents.
To ensure GMP and GLP guidelines followed.
To maintain data for documentation, test procedures and reprocess abnormalities.
To review and update standard operating procedures.
Any other works instructed by your reporting authority.
