Executive - Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing security operations of the entire property in various shifts.

• Will report and assist the Security Manager on all security related aspects.

• Prepare security related reports & returns on stipulated frequency.

• Handle Lost & Found cases properly in coordination.

• Responsible for implementing security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis

Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/or Investigation on

ground.

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Evaluate & select external outsourced security agencies for providing security personnel guards.

• Ensure Police verification and obtain copies of personal documentation of each security personnel under

the agencies and periodically audit their records for ongoing compliance.

• Conduct regular training of security staff and maintain the record of the same.

• Conduct risk assessment, Security set up, audit & organize training to Security personnel

• Must be thoroughly aware of security procedures in an industrial, corporate & construction security set up

including use of CCTV, Access Control Methods, Material Management, Scrap Disposal, Fraud detection,

Report Making, etc.

• Enforce strict access control at the Gates and ensure that only staff members, workers and authorized

visitors have access to the complex.

• To initiate the ERT (Emergency Response Team) and manage the activation of the emergency response

plan to reduce loss.

QUALIFICATION:

• Security professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience of handling security operations in a real

estate sector especially construction phase / residential projects or in an industrial / manufacturing /

corporate set up.

• Preferably a retired personnel member from Defense Services / Paramilitary forces / Police with or without

PSP, Industrial Security Specialist, SAP or any other related certifications.
