Job title: Executive - Secretarial

Qualification: CS Executive Pass

Experience: Canadidates must have completed apprenticeship under PCS firm.

Brief Job Description:

• Public issue & listing of Securities
• Private placement of Perpetual Debt Instruments and Equity shares,
• Issue of Subordinate Debts
• Compliance under SEBI LODR Regulations
• Compliance under SEBI NCS Regulations
• Compliance for Systemically Important NBFC as per RBI Master Directions and Circulars
• Mergers and Acquisitions of NBFCs under SEBI SAST Regulations and RBI Master Directions
• IEPF Compliances
• Preparation of agenda, agenda notes and minutes for Board & Committee Meetings, AGM and EGM
• Liaison with CDSL, NSDL, BSE, Merchant Banker, Debenture Trustee, RTA, Legal Counsels… etc.
• Monthly/quarterly/annually/event based filings of MCA, SEBI, BSE, RBI and Debenture Trustee
• Dematerialization and Rematerialization of Securities.

Skill set:

Candidate must have good knowledge of corporate laws, excellent knowledge of MS office tools and strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• NBFC: 1 year (Preferred)
