Executive - Sales Finance

As the Executive Expired Stock Management based in Bhiwandi, Hoskote, Lucknow, Sonepat, your role involves overseeing the efficient receipt, audit, and disposal of expired stock obtained from channel partners. Your primary responsibility is to ensure strict adherence to internal guidelines, uphold audit integrity, and facilitate prompt reporting and disposal procedures to prevent expired items from re-entering the value chain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate that stock received from Channel partners complies with permissible norms. - Thoroughly examine received stock and materials alongside essential documents such as delivery challans and system weights. - Execute audits and procedures following the prescribed audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Maintain comprehensive re-audit records for review with Channel partners and internal stakeholders. **Internal Processes:** - Manage a robust infrastructure at third-party sites to facilitate seamless audits. - Develop strategies to reduce the Turnaround Time (TAT) for re-audits. - Ensure proper disposal or utilization of expired products to prevent their reintegration into the value chain. - Deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports punctually, including actionable insights. - Collaborate with Distributors and Sales teams for conflict resolution. **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a degree from a reputable institution. - Accumulate 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Finance, inventory management, audits, etc., within an FMCG or Retail organization handling similar responsibilities. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, prior exposure to the FMCG industry or a related sector, as well as demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with large teams in a dynamic business environment, are desirable success factors for this role.,
