Job Description

As an Executive - Sales Desk at StayVista in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in presenting product offerings, negotiating accommodation rates, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities for up-selling services to maximize revenue and improve the overall client experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about available properties and services. - Assist guests in making reservations via call, email, or website. - Up-sell additional services and Food & Beverages to increase revenue. - Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions. - Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly. - Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with clients. **Qualifications Required:** - HSC qualification is mandatory. - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
