Job Title: Executive – Quality (Woven Division)
Location: Mysore, India
Qualification: BE/BTech / Diploma / Any Graduation
Experience: 5 years in garment industry (woven division preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Executive to support quality assurance operations in the Woven Division. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of garment quality control processes and a keen eye for detail to maintain product standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring & Inspection

• Assist in implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and production standards.
• Conduct in-line and final inspections to identify defects and suggest corrective actions.
• Support audits and report quality deviations during different stages of production.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain inspection records and daily quality reports for internal review.
• Highlight quality concerns and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.

Process Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality protocols on the production floor.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and QA teams to address quality-related concerns.

Customer & Buyer Interaction (if applicable)

• Assist in handling buyer visits and quality audits.
• Understand and implement specific customer quality requirements under the guidance of seniors.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of quality experience in garment manufacturing (preferably woven garments).
• Basic knowledge of international quality standards and AQL inspection systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
