Executive - Quality

Your role will involve ensuring quality inspection and planning in line with the quality plan on the production line. You will be responsible for maintaining workplace safety, adhering to customer requirements, company quality standards, and SOPs, as well as ensuring compliance with product specifications and quality attributes. Additionally, you will conduct tests on raw materials, finished goods, and in-process materials, analyze test results, report findings, and take corrective actions as needed. You will be involved in process audits, facilitating process/system improvement projects, coordinating product changeovers with the production team, and handling customer complaints effectively. Your responsibilities will also include issuing test certificates, preparing reports, maintaining and calibrating lab equipment, implementing 5S practices in the lab, developing and training the team, and managing all lab activities. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or chemical engineering), basic knowledge of quality tools and equipment, familiarity with calibration processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration, and at least 0-1 years of experience in a quality department of a manufacturing plant.
