Executive - QLIK BI

Job Location :

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and understand business intelligence requirements
  
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Qlik BI dashboards and reports
  
• Support existing BI solutions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and consistent performance
  
• Integrate BI dashboards with Oracle EBS and ensure data accuracy and reliability
  
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights
  
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for BI processes and dashboards
  

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Timely resolution of BI-related issues
  
• Successful development and rollout of new BI dashboards
  
• Quality of engagement and communication with internal stakeholders
  
• Accuracy and usability of data presented through BI tools
  

Internal Stakeholders:

• Collaborate with teams across departments such as Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service
  

External Interfaces:

• Coordinate with Qlik BI support or consultants as needed
  

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (BE / MCA / M.Sc / B.Sc)
  

Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in BI development and support
  
• Proven experience with Qlik BI tools and dashboard development
  
• Exposure to Oracle EBS integration with BI platforms
  

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Qlik BI tools and data visualization best practices
  
• Experience with Oracle EBS data structures and integration
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines
