Role & responsibilities 1. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI , DAX , and Power Query . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions. Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases , SAP , SuccessFactors , and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Implement row-level security , dynamic drill-downs , and automated reporting features. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting solutions. Optimize performance of BI reports and dashboards for scalability and usability. Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning through advanced analytics. Provide training and support to business users on Power BI and self-service reporting tools. Participate in Agile project delivery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Power BI development and data analytics . Proficiency in Power BI, SQL , DAX , and Power Query . Securing report data based on Roles. Experience with Tableau , SAP BusinessObjects , and SuccessFactors is a plus. Strong understanding of data modelling , ETL processes , and data governance . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure , AWS , or GCP . Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Certified in Microsoft Power BI (DA-100) or equivalent. Preferred candidate profile Team player attitude. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions. Paying attention to detail.
