Executive - Program Management

Job Description

Position: Executive - Program Management Experience: 4-5yrs in Aerospace Machining Industry Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) Work Location: Bangalore The candidates would be expected to have experience in aerospace program management, the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, and a strong customer-oriented approach to ensure the satisfaction of customers. Customer Accounts: Experience in managing customers accounts with a minimum value of $5-10 million, especially with aerospace manufacturing industry customers. Program Management Skills: Proficiency in program management techniques, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), contract review, PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), and planning. Capacity Management: Capacity management to ensure that resources are optimized to meet project demands. New Project Management: Experience in managing the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of new projects. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking. Business Development: Developing and expanding business opportunities through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer-oriented approaches. Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating project status, plans, and strategies. Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborating with various departments such as operations and engineering to ensure the successful execution of projects. Requirements Aerospace Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the aerospace industry, its regulations, and quality standards. Work with finance for new BIDs and businesses Profit and loss analysis New Business case bid and implementation Business Development as part of account management Commercial activity exposure on billing, invoicing to consider overall cost impact Contract signing with Customer and work with finance to understand better
