Job Title : Executive – Production Planning Location : Gandhidham, Gujarat Industry : Manufacturing / Corrugated Packaging Experience : Minimum 4 years Qualification : Graduate (Mandatory) Salary : ₹3.5 – ₹4.8 LPA (CTC) Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address bottlenecks or delays Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, efficiency, and capacity utilization Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production goals Skills Required : Strong planning and organizational skills Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Contact: 9904582301 / 6358812301 Email your resume to: [email protected] Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
