We're Hiring! Company: Eastern Mattresses Pvt. Ltd. Location: Hosur Position: Executive Production Experience: 2 to 7 Years Job Responsibilities: Monitor daily production plans vs. actual output. Track individual workmen’s skills and daily performance. Ensure adherence to process flow using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methodology. Possess sound knowledge of materials used in product manufacturing. Ensure each production process is properly followed and documented. Maintain accurate Odoo entries in line with daily production and closure requirements. Develop and maintain SOPs for all processes and products. Motivate the team to improve productivity and uphold 5S standards. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on the shop floor. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization through 5S practices.
