Job Description

As a Performance and Rewards Executive in our Human Resources team, your role will involve managing the performance management process, which includes goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments. You will also be responsible for maintaining compensation data, developing reports, and providing insights to support compensation-related decisions. Your qualifications should include a basic understanding of performance management, compensation principles, and data management, along with strong analytical and data visualization skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments - Ensure timely and accurate completion of performance evaluations, ratings, and feedback - Provide training and support to managers and employees on the process and system - Maintain and update compensation data, including salary, bonus, and benefits information - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements - Analyze performance and compensation data to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and generate reports to support decision making, including market trend analysis, salary range recommendations, salary benchmark, performance and promotion data analysis and trends - Create interactive and dynamic dashboards to visualize data and trends. Use data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Basic understanding of performance management, compensation principles, and data management - Strong analytical and data visualization skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the role will involve collaborating with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure data alignment and consistency. You will also work closely with HR and business leaders to develop and implement initiatives. It is essential to have the ability to understand cross-cultural sensitivity and manage global interactions, as well as being proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity and objectivity.,
