Executive - Oracle Apps DBA

As a DBA Administrator, your role involves administering and maintaining the installation of applications such as e-business and Siebel, as well as ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Application and Database across the organization. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing and ensuring the efficiency of DBA (Application / Database) for e-Business and Siebel Application with minimal downtime - Scheduling daily RMAN backups - Implementing DR (Destroy Recovery) procedures - Patching Oracle databases, including standalone patches using Opatch and applying patch sets - Monitoring critical patch sets every three months - Planning and executing patch activities in the Production Environment - Conducting patch activities in Test and Dev environments as needed - Performing cloning from Production (E-Business / Siebel/ASCP/Demantra) to Test/Dev Environments as per plan - Completing post-clone activities in Test / Dev instances - Configuring AD utilities and WF settings for inbound/outbound mail notifications, and monitoring, tuning & optimizing application & database - Monitoring Workflow services and ensuring Discoverer Application is operational - Installing/upgrading Demantra Application and maintaining it, including tuning of Demantra Worksheet and addressing workflow issues - Installing/upgrading/maintaining Application Server and Ascp Application - Managing ASCP/EBS Application and Concurrent Programs Performance - Installing/upgrading SSO/OID Application and maintaining it Qualifications required for this role: - Responding to and resolving DBA related problems efficiently - Maintaining Application & Database Servers - B.
